Sports Performance Training

I create an individualized and totally customized sport specific training program designed to increase performance and maximize athletic ability. The program uses cutting-edge training methods and the latest in sport specific conditioning to help the athlete bridge the gap between potential and performance.

Proper developmental strategies are key factors necessary to achieve the greatest performance results. A balance between in-season and off-season training, male and female athletic needs, supplemental training as well as injury prevention issues must be addressed to provide the individual athlete with maximum potential.

My programs concentrate on the following areas:

Can Younger Athletes Benefit From Training?

No matter the age, every athlete can benefit from proper training. My programs are customized and adapted to the age of each athlete. There is a myth that strength training is dangerous for kids. Scientific research has shown it is not only safe but also very beneficial. There is strong support in scientific literature that training at a younger age will benefit the client on a long-term basis.
